Boulder, Colorado

I just got home from a trip to Boulder, Colorado, which is a hub of eco-friendliness.
Many people in Boulder walk, ride their bike, or the bus. There are many Organic farms around Boulder, and many choices for conscious eating in town.
Another thing I love is that many places have compostable(bio-degradable) take-out food supplies:forks, spoons and containers.
Their Farmers Market is a Zero-waste zone meaning they use these compostable take-out products at all the food stands. They also have a container for food compost which all the take-out supplies can be then thrown into, and of course recycling containers for all the recyclable materials. So the end result is that no trash goes to the dump from the Farmer's Market.
Boulder is a very eco-hip place to be and I look forward to my next trip.
