In this day and age, it is so important to eat healthy, clean food. There are so many pollutants in our environment and in the food : (

It's important to eat organic foods. But in some places, the price difference is still quite large. So It's good to know which foods have the most toxins so you can at least buy those ones organic. Conventional Bell Peppers and Strawberries are a couple of the really sprayed ones. Corn and Soybeans are almost Genetically Modified with who knows what, so buy those organic or labeled non-GMO.
So those are things to avoid, There are some things to include in your diet, for antioxidant protection (meaning protection from Cancer which can be caused by environmental toxins).
These include Grapes, Green Tea, Dark Chocolate(yay!) or
Cacao nibs-unprosessed chocolate nibs and Blueberries.

Farmers' markets are also a good place to find lower-pesticide foods. I mean the farmers' markets where individual farmers congregate to sell, not those big corporate stores labelled "Farmers' Market".
Most small farmers around here aren't organic, but they do try to watch costs and spray as little as possible.
